Completion of site clearance for Bien Hoa City Central Axis Road Project in October 2025

(DN) - To implement the Bien Hoa City Central Road Project, the authorities must reclaim more than 33 hectares of land. Of which, more than 27 hectares are used by 390 households, individuals and organizations.

Chairman of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee Nguyen Duy Tan said: Currently, Tran Bien Ward is coordinating with the Bien Hoa branch of the Land Fund Development Center to speed up the compensation and site clearance work for the Bien Hoa City Central Axis Road Project with the goal of completion in October 2025.

The Bien Hoa City Central Axis Road Project has a total length of more than 5.4km, divided into 2 branches including: Branch 1, starting point intersecting with Vo Thi Sau Street, ending point intersecting with Dang Van Tron Street at An Hao Bridge intersection, more than 3.7km long; Branch 2, starting point at the roundabout intersecting with Branch 1 at Cu Lao Hiep Hoa, ending point intersecting with Dang Van Tron Street at the intersection of Buu Hoa Bridge, more than 1.7km long.

According to the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward, for branch 1, the section from Thong Nhat Bridge to Do Van Thi Street, there is currently only land ownership of 1 household and 1 organization. It is expected that in September 2025, this area will complete compensation work to hand over the land to the construction unit.

Meanwhile, for the sections from Do Van Thi Street to An Hao Bridge intersection and Buu Hoa Bridge intersection, compensation and site clearance work is expected to be completed in October 2025.

The Bien Hoa City Central Axis Road Project from Vo Thi Sau Street to Dang Van Tron Street includes Thong Nhat Bridge and the connecting road at both ends of the bridge. The project has a total investment of more than 1.5 trillion VND, and will start construction in 2022. Currently, the entire project has 8 main construction packages under construction with an implementation value of nearly 609 billion VND.
