Graduated from the Military University of Culture and Arts, Hoang Hong Ngoc worked at the Military Theater and won many awards such as Gold Medal at the 2018 Army Professional Arts Festival, Gold Medal at the 2019 National Band Festival, Silver Medal at the Army Game in the Russian Federation (2020), Gold Medal at the 2023 Army Professional Arts Festival, A prize for composing "80 Years - Glory of the People's Public Security of Vietnam" in 2024 ( Ministry of Public Security ), B prize for composing songs about the National Assembly and People's Council to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first general election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly (2025)...

In addition to the awards, Hoang Hong Ngoc has also composed nearly 80 songs. Many of the songs have been introduced in political art programs.
