On the morning of October 24, in Phu Tho province, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the summary and award ceremony of the 2024 Reading Culture Ambassador contest. Thai Binh province was honored to have 1 student receive an encouragement prize.

Student Bui Hoang Yen, grade 5, An Dong Primary School (Quynh Phu) received an encouragement prize at the 2024 National Reading Culture Ambassador contest.

Among the 6 winning entries in the 2024 Thai Binh Province Reading Culture Ambassador Contest selected to participate in the national contest, the entry of Bui Hoang Yen, grade 5, An Dong Primary School (Quynh Phu) was awarded a consolation prize. At the 2024 provincial contest, Bui Hoang Yen won first prize and the best story continuation topic prize. Previously, at the 2023 provincial contest, Bui Hoang Yen also won first prize and the best story composition topic prize.

In recent years, An Dong Primary School (Quynh Phu) has been one of the typical schools in developing a reading culture among students. This is the first school in the province to be awarded the Reading Culture Development Award by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2023.
