Hanoi Red Cross Society gives gifts to poor students in Duc Van commune

BBK - On the afternoon of May 29, the Hanoi Red Cross Society coordinated with the Bac Kan Provincial Red Cross Society and the Ngan Son District Red Cross Society to organize the "Nutrition for poor and disabled children" program in 2023 in Duc Van commune.

Hanoi Red Cross Society presented symbolic signs and gifts to children.

The delegation presented 100 gifts including books, candies, milk, and red scarves to poor and disabled students in Ngan Son district with a total value of more than 70 million VND. The Hanoi Red Cross also called on donors to support 40 million VND to repair classrooms at Nam Lang school, Duc Van commune.

The program “Nutrition for poor and disabled children” was launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross . This is a meaningful and practical program for poor and disabled students in difficult circumstances; contributing to improving physical condition, maintaining and enhancing health and resistance for children in the highlands in general, and Ngan Son district in particular./.
