Thai Thuy Commune Veterans Association strives to have 100% of branches achieving clean and strong status in the 2025

The Thai Thuy Commune Veterans Association has 38 branches with 2,601 members. During the past term, the Commune Veterans Association regularly took care of political and ideological education for cadres and members; advised the Party Committee and the government to implement policies and measures to remove difficulties, resolve legitimate and legal aspirations of the people and Veterans Association members, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the locality. The Association has propagated and mobilized members to raise awareness of self-reliance, self-reliance, helping each other develop the economy, improve their lives and carry out charitable activities well. The Commune Veterans Association has been entrusted with the Social Policy Bank to manage 9 savings and loan groups, with outstanding loans to date reaching more than 18.7 billion VND. 63 members have received loans of over 2.5 billion VND. The whole Association currently has 2,050 well-off households or more, accounting for 89.1% of member households; The number of poor households is 0.15% of the total number of member households.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Thai Thuy Commune War Veterans Association strives to have 100% of its cadres and members steadfast in politics and ideology, enthusiastically participating in and responsibly implementing local movements; 100% of branches are clean and strong, over 98.5% of members are exemplary, over 98% of member families meet the standards of cultural families; strive to have no poor member households.

To achieve the above goals, the Association of War Veterans of Thai Thuy commune will actively propagate and mobilize members to participate in building and protecting the Party, the government, the people and the socialist regime; promote the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement, helping each other develop the economy ; pay attention to implementing the work of solidarity; actively participate in campaigns, movements, programs and plans for socio-economic development, ensuring national security and defense, building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas of the locality; continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots.
