(QBĐT) - On the morning of April 16, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a nationwide in-person and online conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th meeting of the 13th Party Central Committee.

This national online conference thoroughly grasps the key, core contents and new points of the 11th Conference documents to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, departments, ministries, branches, localities and cadres and Party members to deploy and organize successful, fast and timely implementation.

The conference listened to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh deliver a speech on the topic "On draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; new points in the draft report summarizing the Party building work and implementing the Party Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; new points in the draft political report submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; new points in the draft report on the 5-year implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026-2030".

Next, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man presented the topic "On amending the Constitution and laws; directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term". Head of the Central Organization Committee Le Minh Hung delivered the topic "On continuing to streamline the apparatus to be more efficient, effective and efficient; amending and supplementing regulations implementing the Party Charter; Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party", and the implementation plan.

The first requirement is to determine the highest political determination in leading and directing the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the Party Central Committee, identifying this as a revolution in organizing and arranging the apparatus, arranging administrative units and reforming and innovating to develop the country. Party committees, party organizations, and leaders at all levels must be closely and resolutely in leading, directing, and thoroughly grasping the special importance of this policy among cadres and party members, creating unity in awareness and ideology throughout the Party, spreading to the whole society, and being determined to implement the goals and orientations set by the Central Committee...

The conference was connected to 21,000 points from the central to provincial, district, commune levels and agencies of military regions, military branches, and army corps, with more than 1.5 million delegates attending. In Quang Binh, the conference was connected to 307 points (provincial level; district, town, city, affiliated Party Committee and commune level, equivalent) with the participation of more than 33,600 cadres and party members. In addition, the whole province has more than 360 points for watching live TV at cultural houses of villages, hamlets and some agencies and units.
