Sports festival to celebrate the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2

On the morning of August 16, at Detention Camp No. 2, Ho Chi Minh City Police held a sports festival to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 with the participation of Lieutenant Colonel Phan Huy Van, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police.

The sports festival also aims to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces' Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.

Participating units include: Detention Camp No. 1, Detention Camp No. 2, Bo La Detention Camp, Chi Hoa Detention Camp, Ho Chi Minh City Police Department of Judicial Enforcement and Support, and invited units.

The sports festival included 3 sports: football, volleyball and tug of war. In the exciting atmosphere, with the spirit of wholehearted competition, honesty, nobility, dedication to good and dramatic matches, the athletes exchanged, learned, shared experiences, and created close relationships in work.

Unit leaders congratulated the teams participating in the sports festival.

This is also an opportunity for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Forces to actively practice health, learn, improve political qualities and professional expertise, contributing to building a regular, elite, modern force, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
