Scientific workshop "History of the Party Committee of the Agencies and Enterprises of Quang Tri province in the period 1960"

This morning, October 17, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc organized the first scientific workshop on "History of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc in the period 1960 - 2024". In her opening speech at the workshop, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises Do Thi Ly emphasized: With the close direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the coordination and support of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; the inheritance of the book "The process of formation and development of the Party Committee of the Civil Affairs of Quang Tri Province (1954-2005)". Especially the encouragement and support of comrades in the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, Executive Committee, civil servants of the Party Committee of the Block through the periods provided additional materials for the compilation process. Up to now, the first draft "History of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises in Quang Tri Province for the period 1960-2024" has been completed.

The structure of the draft includes: The introduction summarizes the land, people and patriotic and revolutionary traditions of the people of Quang Tri.

The process of formation and operation of the Inter-branch Party cells - the predecessor organization of the Party Committee of the Civil Service (1945-1954) and 6 chapters:

Chapter I: The formation and operation process of the Party Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Civil Affairs Agency and the Vinh Linh Regional Party Civil Affairs Agency during the anti-American resistance war and one year after liberation (1954-1976).

Chapter II: Party Committee of the Civil Affairs Agency of Binh Tri Thien Province (1976-1989).

Chapter III: The Party Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee's Civil Affairs Agency was re-established and continued to lead the implementation of the renovation policy (July 1989-2000).

Chapter IV: Party Committee of the Civil Affairs Department of Quang Tri Province (2000-2010).

Chapter V: Party Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Agencies (2010-2019), Party Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Enterprises (2011-2019).

Chapter VI: Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises of Quang Tri province (2019-2024).

Participating in the workshop, delegates continued to provide documents and give opinions on the content and layout of the book; timeline; content, events; characters, events; supporting images; edits and additions to sentences...

Speaking at the workshop, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ho Dai Nam highly appreciated the spirit of participation in giving comments on the draft "History of the Party Committee of the Agencies and Enterprises of Quang Tri province in the period 1960 - 2024" of the delegates.

On that basis, it is recommended that the editorial board and the workshop secretary fully record all opinions so that after this workshop, they can absorb and complete the second draft of the history book.

At the same time, there is a report stating clearly which contents need to be accepted and which should not be accepted for the steering committee to consider and decide. The name of the history book is agreed upon as in the first draft: "History of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises of Quang Tri Province, period 1960 - 2024".
