Sports festival of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of 6 provinces in the North Central region

This morning, August 6, in Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Province, Emulation Cluster No. IV, Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) organized the opening ceremony of the 2024 Sports Festival of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of 6 North Central provinces.

The sports festival took place from June 8-9 at the Provincial Labor Federation Gymnasium, Saigon - Dong Ha Hotel Tennis Court, Le Quy Don Artificial Football Field; gathering more than 300 athletes from the Departments of Natural Resources and Environment: Quang Tri, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Thua Thien Hue, competing in 4 sports: tennis, table tennis, football and tug of war.

The annual Sports Festival of Emulation Cluster No. IV of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is an opportunity to launch and maintain the movement of regular physical exercise and improve health among cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the entire sector with the goal of being healthy to build and protect the Fatherland.

Besides sports, cultural exchange activities are organized to enrich the spiritual life of officers and civil servants.

Thereby, strengthening solidarity and sharing working experiences among the Departments of Natural Resources and Environment in the North Central emulation cluster.
