Women members actively carry out emulation movements.

In recent times, patriotic emulation movements have been actively responded to by cadres and women's union members in the province, truly entering life, contributing to building a strong union organization and successfully implementing the local socio-economic development goals.

Many typical and advanced collectives and individuals in the 2020 - 2025 period received certificates of merit from the Provincial Women's Union.

In order for the emulation movement to have a strong influence and be effective, right from the beginning of the term, the Provincial Women's Union built a plan to implement emulation criteria suitable for women, launched widely with rich content and forms, having a strong influence and impact in the community, attracting a large number of women to participate. At the same time, focusing on leading and directing grassroots organizations to actively implement emulation movements "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families" associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; combining the implementation of the criteria of the campaign "Training moral qualities: Self-confidence, self-respect, honesty, responsibility", "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean", implementing the emulation movement "Building Vietnamese women of the new era"; replicating typical and advanced models of "Skillful mass mobilization". The union levels focus on launching and implementing short-term emulation campaigns associated with local events and solving practical problems, thereby creating a combined strength in implementation, not only attracting the participation of women but also the attention of all levels, sectors and localities.

In building a strong grassroots organization, the association at all levels flexibly and creatively mobilizes resources to organize many practical and effective activities, attracting female members to participate. Female workers, civil servants, and employees carry out the emulation "Good workers, creative workers", actively study to improve their education, expertise, and professional skills... For rural female members, the association at all levels launched emulation movements to apply science and technology to production, business, build economic models; practice thrift... and achieved many achievements.

In Phu Quoc special economic zone, thanks to maintaining and effectively implementing the movement of women at all levels joining hands to protect the environment, the Women's Union of the special economic zone has promoted its core role in propagating and mobilizing women members to limit the use of nylon bags and disposable plastic products, self-classify and treat waste at home, and bring waste to collection points according to regulations; maintain and improve the quality of economic models adapting to climate change and food safety; participate in environmental protection clubs, household trash can models, women's groups to limit the use of nylon bags, exchange plastic waste for necessities...

“With the motto “Each organization, each individual takes an action for a greener, cleaner, more beautiful and safer Phu Quoc environment”, on the first Saturday of each month, the association encourages members to participate in environmental sanitation, sweeping and collecting garbage around residential areas, production and business areas, offices, public places; participate in dredging and clearing sewers... Up to now, the entire special zone has 99 clubs, teams, and groups, with 2,790 members participating in activities related to environmental protection...”, said President of the Phu Quoc Special Zone Women's Union Bien My Linh.

Actively building, maintaining and replicating effective models and activities, from 2020 to now, the association at all levels has helped 5,749 households escape poverty and become rich legitimately; providing vocational training advice to 49,536 poor women and women in difficult circumstances; advising and introducing 79,022 female workers to work in enterprises in the province and exporting labor. At the same time, proactively coordinating with relevant sectors to support the establishment and maintenance of 246 cooperatives led by women; registering to help 1,641 women start businesses; maintaining the operation of 3,695 "Skilled People's Movement" models such as revolving capital contribution, revolving capital contribution groups to buy health insurance, garment processing, basket weaving, chair weaving with plastic rope, cooking services... contributing to solving employment for many local workers.

Through emulation movements, many female cadres and members in the province have increasingly made progress in studying, working, laboring and producing; affirming the role of women in the new era, always striving to rise up, and contributing to building a rich and beautiful homeland.
