On September 13, informing the press, a leader of the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation (LDLĐ) said that conciliation sessions are being conducted between workers and Phuc Thinh Binh Dinh Company Limited (Nhon Hoa Industrial Park, An Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai) regarding the company's debt of wages and benefits for many months.

Recently, many workers of this company filed lawsuits but were returned by the People's Court of Region 2 - Gia Lai because the mandatory mediation step had not been carried out.
On September 13, Ms. TTTT (born 1990, An Nhon Nam ward) reported to the press that she was a victim, the company owed her 3 months of salary and did not pay social insurance even though it had been deducted monthly. Her family has 4 school-age children, and their circumstances are very difficult.

Similarly, Ms. NTKK (born in 1993, An Nhon Tay ward) was also owed 3 months of salary and was not covered by insurance. Previously, Ms. K. and other workers contacted the company's leaders to demand their rights but were not resolved.
Currently, more than 100 workers and households that contracted products and processing partners of Phuc Thinh Binh Dinh Company Limited are in dire straits due to unpaid wages, insurance, and processing fees of over 7 billion VND.
Of which, this company owes workers 2.3 billion VND in wages; owes households more than 2.5 billion VND in processing fees and owes another partner more than 2.3 billion VND.

In addition, the company deducted insurance premiums from employees but did not submit them to the Social Insurance Agency, causing employees who quit their jobs to not receive unemployment insurance; health insurance cards were locked, making it impossible to pay for medical examination and treatment costs.
According to workers, this business has stopped operating for many months.
