Attending the program were comrade Bui Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.
At the program, the Central Association presented 50 gifts (each worth 1.2 million VND, including 1 million VND in cash and necessities). Along with that, the Central Association presented 4 livelihood support packages (each worth 10 million VND). The total value of gifts and livelihood support was more than 100 million VND, for Agent Orange victims in the province.
Colonel, Dr. Pham Xuan Hung, Vice President of the Association, Director of the Vietnam Fund for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, presented gifts to victims of Agent Orange.
Mr. Bui Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, presented gifts to victims of Agent Orange.
On this occasion, the delegation also heard a report on the results of activities in 2025 and preparations for the 1st Congress of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Ca Mau Province. Currently, the whole province has about 25,000 victims of Agent Orange who are being cared for and cared for in many different ways.

Speaking at the meeting, Colonel, Dr. Pham Xuan Hung, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin and Director of the Vietnam Fund for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Ca Mau province in caring for and supporting victims and families of Agent Orange victims.
Colonel, Dr. Pham Xuan Hung, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Ca Mau province.
He suggested that in the coming time, the province should continue to strengthen the organization and expand the support network. At the same time, coordinate the implementation of the plan to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the Agent Orange Disaster in Vietnam (August 10, 1961 - August 10, 2026), in conjunction with promoting social security programs, mobilizing more resources to help victims in a practical and effective way.
