The two trading sessions attracted more than 200 workers and 10 recruiting businesses with the need to recruit 7,500 workers in many industries, from general laborers, garment workers, assemblers, wood processing, food... to university-educated workers.

For job positions inside and outside the province, businesses offer starting salaries from 7 million VND/month or more, along with benefits and policies according to regulations.
Notably, some Korean and Japanese enterprises and labor export recruitment companies also introduced programs to recruit workers to work and study abroad with incomes ranging from 25 to 70 million VND/month.
At job fairs, workers are directly interviewed for recruitment, receive job counseling, and are guided to participate in labor export programs, and are informed about policies to support loans for labor export, especially the EPS program in Korea; and are also advised on unemployment benefits, helping to prevent job brokers and illegal fee collection.

According to the Provincial Employment Service Center, this is a practical activity to provide complete and accurate information on labor recruitment needs in and outside the province as well as the labor export market. It creates opportunities for workers to be interviewed directly and choose jobs that match their abilities, qualifications and aspirations.
