The large-scale project in Hung Yen province with a total registered investment capital of up to 200 million USD and an area of about 20 hectares is implemented in 3 phases.
Phase 1 has been started and put into operation since August 2023, using a land area of 46,000 m2, with a designed capacity of 100 million plastic components per year and nearly 3,900 tons of metal components. The initial successes from phase 1 not only affirm the investment efficiency but also create a solid foundation for the next phases of the project.

Phase 2, which has just been officially started, will use an area of 44,200 m2. In this phase, the factory will focus on producing groups of components from aluminum casting with an output of nearly 1,550 tons/year, battery blocks - parts of garden machines with an output of 100,000 products/year and engines - parts of garden machines with a capacity of 20,000 products/year.
Phase 3 of the project uses nearly 110,000 m2 of land to produce and assemble finished products from input components from the previous two phases. Of which, a portion of plastic products and components will be exported to the parent company, the majority of the remaining will be used to assemble into complete garden equipment with an expected output of over 3 million products/year.

When the entire project is completed and put into stable operation, Greenworks Thai Binh Factory will achieve an expected revenue of about 500 million USD per year and create stable jobs for about 5,000 local workers. The presence of a large investor like Greenworks in Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park also contributes to improving the capacity of high-tech, environmentally friendly industrial production and promoting the green transition process.
