On the afternoon of August 10, comrade Hoang Van Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, Head of the Steering Committee for the 70th anniversary of the town's liberation and the 20th anniversary of the city's establishment, chaired the meeting of the Propaganda Subcommittee.

Thereby, affirming the results and achievements over the past 70 years, especially since the establishment of Thai Binh city, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, arousing pride, consensus, unity in perception and action of the entire Party Committee, government, and people of all walks of life to successfully carry out the political tasks and goals set out in the Resolution of the 28th Thai Binh City Party Congress, determined to build Thai Binh city to develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming a green city, a landscape city, civilized and modern.
