Accordingly, the project is built according to the uniform design of the flood-avoiding community house of Mailisa Company Limited. The project has a total investment of 4 billion VND, is built on 2 floors with an area of nearly 800 m2 , and can accommodate about 250-300 people.
The completed project will meet the needs of people for meetings, cultural exchange, physical education and sports ; at the same time, it will be a flood shelter to ensure people's safety during the rainy and stormy season.
It is known that business couple Hoang Kim Khanh and Phan Thi Mai will donate 5 more canoes worth 100 million VND, helping people have timely rescue means in emergency situations.
