Many flights canceled due to the impact of storm No. 5 (Kajiki)

On August 24, national carrier Vietnam Airlines said that due to the impact of storm No. 5 (international name Kajiki), the airline plans to adjust its operation plan at Dong Hoi, Thanh Hoa, and Hue airports on August 24 and 25.

Specifically, at Phu Bai airport (Hue city) on August 24, flights VN1549 and VN1548; VN7067 and VN7066; VN7545 and VN7544 between Hanoi and Hue; VN1378 and VN1379 between Ho Chi Minh City and Hue will be canceled. On August 25, flights will have their operating times adjusted, expected to take off and land after 12 hours.

At Dong Hoi airport, on August 25, flights VN1404 and VN1405 between Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Hoi; VN1591 and VN1590 between Hanoi and Dong Hoi will be canceled. At Tho Xuan airport (Thanh Hoa) on August 25, flights between Thanh Hoa and Ho Chi Minh City, including: VN1273 and VN1272; VN7270 and VN7271; VN1276 and VN1277; VN7276 and VN7275; VN7079 and VN7078; VN1278 and VN1279 will be canceled.

In addition, many domestic and international flights on August 25 may be affected by the chain reaction of storm No. 5. Affected passengers will be supported by the airline according to regulations.
