Implementing the credit program disbursement for people who have completed their prison sentences according to Decision 22/2023/QD-TTg dated August 17, 2023 of the Prime Minister , the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Cu Kuin district has just disbursed 170 million VND to 2 cases who have completed their prison sentences and returned to live in the locality.
Accordingly, implementing Decision No. 22 of the Prime Minister and Instruction No. 7557/NHCS-TDSV dated September 20, 2023 of the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies on lending to people who have completed their prison sentences, the District Bank for Social Policies Transaction Office coordinated with the District Police, District Youth Union and People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune to conduct a survey, select and disburse capital to 2 cases of people who have completed their prison sentences and returned to live in the locality.
Specifically: Ms. H' Tep Eban's family (Ea Tla village) with a disbursement amount of 80 million VND and Ms. Tran Thi Phuong's family (Nam Hoa village, Dray Bhang commune) with a disbursement amount of 90 million VND to develop the economy and prevent re-offending.

According to Decision 22/2023/QD-TTg dated August 17, 2023 of the Prime Minister, the maximum loan amount for people who have completed their prison sentence to carry out production, business and create jobs is 100 million VND/person. The maximum loan term is 120 months with an interest rate equal to the lending interest rate for poor households prescribed for each period.
In addition, those who have completed their prison sentences can also borrow capital for vocational training with a maximum loan of 4 million VND/month/person. Production and business establishments that employ at least 10% of their total employees who have completed their prison sentences can borrow up to 2 billion VND/project and not more than 100 million VND/employee at the establishment.
This is a humane and humanitarian policy of the Party and State to create all necessary conditions for criminals to reintegrate into the community and develop the economy.
