Krong Nang district deploys military recruitment work in 2024

On the morning of October 12, the Military Service Council (NVQS) of Krong Nang district held a conference to deploy the work of examination and review of military recruitment capacity in 2024.

The delegates listened to the leaders of the District Military Command - the Standing body of the District Military Service Council, approve the results of the selection and call-up of citizens for military service in 2024. In 2024, Krong Nang district was assigned by superiors to select and call about 180 male citizens to join the military service and about 40 young people to participate in the People's Public Security service. The district will organize the 2024 military service examination at the district level from November 2 to November 15, 2023; make-up examination and thorough examination on November 30, 2023.

As of October 10, the entire district has organized the examination of the physical strength of 6,341 male citizens of military age. The total number of preliminary examination orders issued is 2,982 male citizens; of which 1,148 citizens are eligible for examination, 457 are not eligible.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the results achieved and pointed out the causes and limitations in directing, implementing, and organizing the implementation of military recruitment tasks and proposed specific measures to overcome the limitations in implementing military recruitment tasks in order to complete 100% of military recruitment tasks in 2024.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee Tran Son requested communes and towns to strengthen the propaganda and education of the 2015 Law on Military Service, the 2018 Law on People's Public Security and related documents in many forms so that all people clearly understand the rights, obligations and responsibilities of citizens in the task of building and defending the Fatherland; carry out well the district-level medical examination and recruitment work, strictly review political affairs , carry out well the "3 nominations, 4 publicity", do not let negative manifestations occur in the implementation of military recruitment work, do not let cases that do not meet the political standards and moral qualities join the armed forces.
