To ensure the completion of military recruitment in 2026, after operating the two-level local government, the documents guiding military recruitment have also been adjusted in a timely manner. To do this well, localities focus on propagating the 2015 Law on Military Service, choosing to propagate some key contents on the age of conscription; standards for citizens to be conscripted; cases of postponement and exemption from conscription; sanctions for citizens violating the Law on Military Service; service time of non-commissioned officers and soldiers; regimes and policies for non-commissioned officers and soldiers serving in the army, being discharged from the army, etc.

Along with that, promote democracy at the grassroots level, organize elections and nominations from hamlets, villages, and residential groups to propose male citizens of military service age to ensure democracy and publicity.
