In the final match of Group C taking place at 7pm on October 12 at Thong Nhat Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City FC will face Urawa Red Diamonds FC. This match will determine which team will advance to the quarterfinals as Group C's top team. At 3pm on the same day, Taichung Blue Whale FC will face Odisha FC.

The 2024-2025 AFC Champions League Women's Group Stage will feature 12 teams, divided into three groups (four teams each) and play a round-robin format to determine rankings. The first and second-placed teams in each group, along with the two best third-placed teams (in the three groups), will advance to the quarter-finals (knockout stage).
