The ceremony was attended by leaders of the State Securities Commission, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants, leaders of units under the Voting Council, and many honored enterprises.
IR Awards is a program to vote for listed companies with the best IR activities, held annually since 2011. The program is organized by Vietstock in coordination with the Vietnam Association of Financial Administrators (VAFE), and the Finance and Life Electronic Magazine (FiLi).
In his opening speech, journalist Nguyen Nhu Hung, Editor-in-Chief of FiLi, emphasized that IR is not just a simple information function but has become an indispensable strategic tool, helping businesses optimize value and access capital; at the same time, contributing to building a transparent, fair and large enough stock market to reach out to the region.
“Over the past 15 years, the IR Awards Program has become a prestigious address to honor outstanding businesses, affirm their position and create development momentum for the entire market. The title of the business with the best IR activities of the year is a testament to the right management strategy, accompanying investors and persistent efforts in building investor confidence.”
The organizers said that in the 2025 survey, the IR Awards program evaluated 691 listed companies over a 12-month period, from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. The results showed a clear improvement in information disclosure across the entire stock market.
Up to 460 listed enterprises were recognized with the title of "Information Disclosure Best Practices 2025", accounting for 67% of the total number of surveyed units - the highest rate in the entire 15-year history of the IR Awards program.
Compared to 2024, the number of qualified enterprises increased by 36 units (from 424 to 460), the improvement rate increased from 60% to 67%.
In particular, the positive trend is not only concentrated in the group of leading enterprises but also spreads strongly to the group of Mid Cap (medium capitalization) and Small Cap (small capitalization). In particular, Financial Large Cap (large capitalization) continues to maintain its role as a model with 86% of enterprises meeting the standards.
Non-Financial Large Cap recorded a strong improvement, from 63% in 2024 to 72% in 2025. Mid Cap made its mark when the standard rate increased from 57% to 73%, showing a significant transformation of the medium-sized enterprise group and Small Cap also grew positively, reaching 63% compared to 59% last year.
These figures show that transparent information disclosure has become an essential standard, contributing to improving governance quality and creating investor confidence.
The organizing committee of the IR Awards 2025 program said that after passing two rounds of independent surveys and evaluations, including the "Market-wide Information Disclosure Survey" round with 691 listed enterprises, and the "IR Awards Nomination" round, selecting from 460 enterprises that met information disclosure standards, 36 enterprises officially entered the final round of IR Awards 2025.
At the IR Awards 2025 Ceremony, the Organizing Committee officially honored 17 listed companies with the best IR activities in 2025 with two categories: Most Favorite Investor in 2025 and Most Highly Rated Financial Institution in 2025.
