Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 2025 launched to Vietnamese customers, price 299 million VND

The new upgraded Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 2026 has a more angular appearance than before, the 636 engine delivers a maximum capacity of up to 129 horsepower when activating Ram Air.

Kawasaki Vietnam has just officially introduced the upgraded version of the Ninja ZX-6R sportbike model. The vehicle is imported completely from Thailand and distributed in the Vietnamese market with a single version, the official listed price of the 2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R is 299 million VND.

The upgraded version of Kawasaki ZX-6R 2026 is considered to have a completely new design compared to its predecessor. Inspired by its senior ZX-10R, the angular, aggressive lines are dense on the ZX-6R.

The ZX-6R's LED headlight lens has been redesigned. The fairing and body panels are 3D-shaped. The front windshield and tail are tapered. The vehicle is still developed based on the chassis of the previous generation.

The 2026 Kawasaki ZX-6R's body panels create a 3D effect, combined with the new windshield and sharp tail to create a distinctive aerodynamic look.

According to Kawasaki, the frame is still the traditional steel tube, ensuring a balance between weight and rigidity. The total wet weight of the vehicle is 198 kg.

In the upgraded version, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 2025 is equipped with a 4.3-inch TFT screen with sharp display, supporting smartphone connection, allowing display of call notifications, battery level, average speed or distance traveled.

The braking system consists of dual 310 mm disc brakes at the front and a single 220 mm disc at the rear. The suspension system consists of upside-down forks at the front and coil spring shock absorbers at the rear, both with adjustable rebound and compression.

Meanwhile, the ABS system has been upgraded to version 9.3MP, replacing the old 9.1MP, helping to control braking force more precisely and limit wheel lockup when cornering or braking suddenly.

Kawasaki continues to use a 636 cc inline 4-cylinder engine, producing 124 horsepower and a maximum torque of 69 Nm. When Ram Air is activated, the maximum power of the vehicle can increase to 129 horsepower.

The new generation ZX-6R 2026 will continue to possess familiar driving assistance technologies such as traction control (KTRC) and two-way quickshifter.

In the Vietnamese market, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 2026 is positioned in the mid-range sportbike group along with the Honda CBR650R (VND 265 million) and Yamaha R7 (VND 269 million).
