All levels, sectors and localities have proactively made plans by stage, each year and on anniversaries, cultural events, major holidays, and important events of the country with each specific emulation content and target. The emulation clusters have organized the signing of agreements, done a good job of evaluating and proposing worthy forms of rewards for collectives and individuals with many outstanding achievements.

The patriotic emulation movement associated with promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" has discovered and honored many typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds, shining examples of self-sacrifice for the cause of protecting the Fatherland, for security and order, for compatriots in natural disasters and enemies..., contributing to spreading good and humane things in society. The 2025 Nghe An Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress will commend, honor and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements that have been evaluated and recognized in the recent past. At the same time, it will analyze and evaluate the advantages and some contents that have not been as expected; propose directions and tasks for emulation and reward work in the period of 2025 - 2030 to continue effectively implementing Directive No. 41-CT/TW, dated December 26, 2024 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in emulation and reward work in the new situation; to create a strong driving force, bring Nghe An to develop rapidly and sustainably, successfully implement the targets and goals by 2030 set by the 20th Provincial Party Congress, create a new mark, a new impulse on the occasion of the 1000th anniversary of Nghe An; contributing with the whole country to realize the aspiration of a strong and prosperous Vietnam by 2045 - right on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the country's founding.

Many collectives and individuals have been commended by the Party, the State, Ministries, branches, and organizations of the Central and the Province ...
