To clarify this plan, in an interview with reporters, Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Director of the Institute of Strategy and Legal Science, Ministry of Justice , said that the questions for people and businesses are designed in the simplest and easiest to understand direction, ensuring that it does not take too much of people's time and the public can answer easily and truthfully.
In the survey of the people, the Ministry of Justice asked specific questions such as: "In the last 5 years, have you ever studied and read any legal documents? If you have studied and read legal documents, please indicate which legal field the documents you read belong to?"; "In your opinion, is it convenient to study current legal regulations?"... Complex issues will be for experts through direct interviews, in-depth discussions and through seminars, workshops, and in-depth discussions.
The Director of the Institute of Strategy and Legal Science , Ministry of Justice also affirmed that information from public feedback will be an important reference channel in the process of researching and developing the Project "Improving the structure of Vietnam's legal system to meet the requirements of national development in the new era".
