Urgent assistance to flood victims in Long Binh ward, Dong Nai province

Heavy rain from the afternoon of August 20th to the morning of August 21st caused serious flooding in some areas near Suoi Linh and Suoi Chua (Long Binh ward, Dong Nai province), posing a potential safety risk to people.

That same night, Long Binh Ward Police coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police force to urgently arrive at the scene, organize rescue, support the evacuation of property and bring households in the deeply flooded area to safety.

The police force also propagated and reminded people to proactively take preventive measures, closely monitor weather developments, not go through flooded and dangerous areas, and protect the property and lives of themselves and their families.

In other places, authorities, organizations and people in flooded areas are making efforts to help households in low-lying areas move to safety, urgently organizing rescue operations, and determined to protect people's lives and property.
