Khanh Hoa assigns focal point to receive difficulties and problems of businesses and investors

Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, has just assigned the Khanh Hoa Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center to be the focal agency to receive, review, and classify difficulties and problems of enterprises and investors according to each field and send them to relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities for inspection and handling according to assigned functions, management scope and authority; proactively contact and urge departments, branches, sectors and localities to resolve problems of enterprises and investors.

Periodically every month, every quarter or at the request of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Khanh Hoa province synthesizes the content of the handling results of departments, branches, sectors and localities (in which it is necessary to clarify the difficulties in mechanisms, regulations and laws in handling the recommendations of the units) to report and propose to the People's Committee of the province to direct departments, branches, sectors, functional agencies and localities to study and handle in accordance with regulations and in accordance with reality (closely coordinate with the Department of Finance in completing the Regulations on coordination of exchange, provision of information and resolution of difficulties and problems for enterprises and investors in the province to ensure consistency in the methods and procedures for coordination and implementation).

Mr. Nam requested this agency to urgently complete the content to report and advise the Provincial People's Committee on a detailed plan and scenario to organize monthly and quarterly meetings with businesses and investors to ensure practicality and effectiveness (to be completed before August 10, 2025).

This agency is also assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry to report and advise the Provincial People's Committee on the content of the plan to organize a Workshop to assess and analyze the impacts on the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) of Khanh Hoa (expected to be held in August 2025).
