At the conference, comrade Le Thi Kim Diep - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Labor Confederation, Head of the Labor Union Working Committee announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Labor Confederation on the establishment of the Hanoi City Industrial Parks and Hi-Tech Parks Trade Union; the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and positions of the Hanoi City Industrial Parks and Hi-Tech Parks Trade Union.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Hi-Tech Parks and Industrial Zones of Hanoi City consists of 18 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Dinh Thang - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Labor Confederation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee was appointed as Chairman of the Trade Union of the Hi-Tech Parks and Industrial Zones of Hanoi City. Comrades Deputy Heads of the Trade Union Affairs Committee: Ngo Minh Hoan, Ngo Thi Lien were appointed as Vice Chairmen of the Trade Union of the Hi-Tech Parks and Industrial Zones of Hanoi City. The Inspection Committee of the Trade Union of the Hi-Tech Parks and Industrial Zones of Hanoi City consists of 5 comrades.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Vice President in charge of the Hanoi City Labor Confederation Le Dinh Hung emphasized that the Hanoi City Industrial Parks and Hi-Tech Parks Trade Union was established in a new situation, with a new mindset, so the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Industrial Parks and Hi-Tech Parks Trade Union needs to have a new mindset in implementing its tasks.

The leaders of the City Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Trade Union of the Hanoi City Hi-Tech Parks and Industrial Zones to promote the spirit of solidarity in leadership, direction and implementation of tasks; promptly develop and promulgate the operating regulations of the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee and assign tasks according to the motto "clear people, clear work, clear efficiency"; develop an action plan close to the functions and tasks of the Trade Union of the Hanoi City Hi-Tech Parks and Industrial Zones.

For grassroots trade unions, the leaders of the City Federation of Labor suggested continuing to care for, ensure the legitimate and legal rights and interests and improve the welfare regime for union members and workers. From there, contributing to stabilizing labor relations, helping union members and workers feel secure in their work, stay committed and contribute to the development of enterprises, the Capital and the country.

On this occasion, the Hanoi City Labor Federation presented 50 gifts (each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and a gift bag worth 300,000 VND) to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances working at Hanoi Industrial Parks and High-Tech Parks.
