35 defendants prosecuted for drug trafficking

The project was carried out by the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with Quang Ngai Provincial Police on September 15.

At the time of checking the Venus karaoke bar in Nghia Lo ward, the authorities discovered many young men and women using drugs in the singing rooms. This group of people were taken to the headquarters, and related evidence was seized to serve the investigation.

Through testing, the police determined that 79 people tested positive for drugs. The case is still under further investigation to handle related acts.
