Mr. Hoa, a Vietnamese of Chinese origin, born in 1845, was known as the "king of real estate" of old Saigon.

On a land area of ​​more than 37,000m² in District 10, there are 8 villas built before 1975, which are the resting place of Mr. Hoa's family. These villas have individual architecture, typical of the architectural development period of Saigon before 1975.
