The project has completed the site clearance of an area of ​​over 106 hectares, reaching 94% of the project area, and has attracted 25 secondary projects, with an industrial land occupancy rate of 83.7%. Zone B project HUD4 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is the infrastructure investor, with a total investment of 430 billion VND. The project has completed site clearance of 119 hectares, attracted 20 secondary projects, and the industrial land occupancy rate reached 65.8%.
