Inspecting the operation of the public administrative service center of Vinh Dieu and Giang Thanh communes

On August 26, the Working Group to inspect and support the operation of public administrative service centers in communes, wards and special zones of An Giang province (Group 2) inspected and worked with the People's Committees of Vinh Dieu and Giang Thanh communes on the operation of public administrative service centers.

From July 1 to August 25, Vinh Dieu Commune Public Administration Service Center received 820 records, including 757 online records and 62 direct records, the rate of records returned on time reached 98.9%. During the process of operating and processing records, the unit still had some difficulties such as not being able to access the civil status software data of other localities; civil status extracting is free but the National Public Service Portal still charges a fee; online payment on the public service portal sometimes has errors...

For Giang Thanh commune, by August 19, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received 1,145 records, including 982 online records and 14 records received before July 1. As a result, 1,025 records were correct and before the deadline; 120 records were within the prescribed processing time; and 814 cases were guided at the request of the people.

During the operation period, Giang Thanh Commune Public Administration Service Center encountered difficulties, such as: Electronic one-stop software, online public service portal sometimes operated slowly, could not be accessed or hung; there were no instructions or decisions on decentralization of granting certificates of food safety eligibility for food service establishments according to Decree No. 155/2018/ND-CP, dated November 12, 2018 of the Government ...

At the working session with the People's Committee of Vinh Dieu Commune and the People's Committee of Giang Thanh Commune, members of Group 2 directly answered and resolved difficulties and problems within their authority. At the same time, they recorded opinions that were not within their authority to synthesize, submit to the competent authority for resolution and respond to the locality.
