Mr. Le Thanh Van, Principal of An Thoi High School, said: "The military recruitment propaganda, consultation and career orientation session for students is a meaningful and practical activity, creating conditions for students to interact and exchange directly with officers working at the Naval Region 5 Command.
Through propaganda work, we contribute to educating students about revolutionary traditions, patriotism, love for the sea and islands. From there, we raise awareness and responsibility of the young generation, contributing to promoting the combined strength in the struggle to protect sovereignty and maintain a peaceful and stable environment in the seas and islands of the Fatherland.
This is also an opportunity for students to better understand the standards, training majors, and admission procedures for military schools in general and the Naval Academy in particular. From there, it will help students have more useful information to facilitate their future admission registration."
After more than 5 years of implementing the fight against IUU fishing according to the recommendations of the European Commission, Kien Giang and Bac Lieu have worked together with the whole country to gradually overcome difficulties and strengthen the management of fishing activities more and more strictly. |
