Truck driver who "hit" Phu Tho traffic police and fled to Tuyen Quang was prosecuted

According to the police, on October 30, the patrol team of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 - Traffic Police Department of Phu Tho Province patrolled and controlled the movement at km96+800 of National Highway 2 (in Zone 3, Chan Mong Commune, Doan Hung District) and discovered a truck with license plate 22H-003.97 showing signs of carrying goods exceeding its load capacity, so they signaled the vehicle to stop for inspection.

While the police were on duty, Duy suddenly accelerated and ran away, pushing Captain Bui Duc Thinh (a member of the patrol team) backwards.

Faced with a dangerous, life-threatening situation, Captain Thinh was forced to jump onto the front bumper and hold onto the front of the car to avoid being hit.

After running for 100 meters, the truck was forced to stop because several other cars were moving on the road and overtook it, forcing it to the side of the road.

However, Dinh Van Duy continued to take advantage of the moment when Captain Bui Duc Thinh jumped to the ground and no one was paying attention to continue driving away towards Tuyen Quang province.
