Many groups of goods and services have reduced prices, causing Hai Duong 's CPI in November to decrease.

According to the Provincial Statistics Office, Hai Duong's consumer price index (CPI) in November decreased by 0.75% compared to October. This is the first time Hai Duong's consumer price index has decreased since the beginning of 2024.

On average, CPI increased by 3.29% in 11 months compared to the same period in 2023.

In November, 5 groups of goods and services increased in price, 5 groups decreased in price and 1 group had stable price compared to October. Some groups decreased significantly, causing a large impact on the CPI decrease compared to the previous month. Specifically, the group of food and catering services decreased by 2.09%, of which the group of fresh, dried and processed vegetables decreased by 24.96%, pork price decreased by 0.75%, and fresh seafood price decreased by 0.18%.

The housing, electricity, water, fuel and construction materials group decreased by 0.59%, of which the price of household electricity decreased by 3.66%, the price of household water decreased by 0.3%, the price of home maintenance materials decreased by 0.23%. The other goods and services group decreased by 0.12%, of which jewelry decreased by 8.24%, and wedding and funeral items decreased by 0.02%.

Prices of some items in November increased slightly compared to October, such as: household appliances and equipment increased by 0.1%; garments, hats, and footwear increased by 0.07%; beverages, tobacco, medicine, and medical , cultural, entertainment, and tourism services all increased by 0.02%.
