At Vinh Binh Bac 4 Primary School (Vinh Binh Commune), "Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space" is a project implemented by the grassroots Trade Union in coordination with the school's Youth Union, with a budget of more than 10 million VND. The space is vividly designed with 4 content areas, including: The life and career of President Ho Chi Minh; Uncle Ho's feelings for the South and the education sector; Uncle Ho with children - Children with Uncle Ho; Ho Chi Minh 4.0 space with QR codes linking to images, articles, and digital documents. In addition, the space also displays literary works, poems, and documents written by Uncle Ho or about Uncle Ho, creating conditions for students to access valuable archives. Vo Thi Ngoc Cam, a 4B student, Vice-leader of Vinh Binh Bac 4 Primary School, said: "Coming to "Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space", I got to read Uncle Ho's short stories and poems. I find it very easy to understand and familiar."

“Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space” at Tan Thuan Kindergarten (Vinh Thuan Commune) was invested with an area of ^117m2 , total cost of 60 million VND. The space is fully equipped with fans, televisions, pictures of Uncle Ho and a system of display boards with educational content suitable for preschool age. Ms. Le Thi My Duyen, a teacher at Tan Thuan Kindergarten shared: “Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space” creates favorable conditions to enhance revolutionary ideal education for students. Through simple stories about Uncle Ho, children are formed with good qualities such as patriotism, kindness, diligence, honesty and responsibility”.
