
The set of criteria for Da Nang tourism culture is deployed to two groups of subjects, including: people and organizations, individuals working in the tourism industry, and domestic and international tourists visiting and staying in the city.
According to the plan, the city will organize communication, propaganda and training activities to help people, businesses and tourists understand and effectively implement cultural tourism criteria, contributing to spreading the spirit of "Da Nang SMILE" - civilized, friendly, professional and respectful of tourists.
Specifically, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, as the focal point, will produce promotional videos, leaflets, standees, posters, billboards, and clips introducing the "Da Nang SMILE" criteria set to be distributed at airports, hotels, tourist attractions, and means of transport; and at the same time, organize training courses, seminars, workshops, and competitions on tourism culture and friendly behavior.
At the same time, coordinate with press and television agencies to periodically produce columns, reports, and articles to spread the message about friendly smiles and cultural behavior of Da Nang people.
Departments, branches, sectors and localities are assigned to coordinate synchronously to deploy the set of criteria. In particular, the Department of Education and Training includes the set of criteria in the propaganda program in schools; the City Police strengthen security, handle violations affecting the tourism environment; the Department of Foreign Affairs promotes the image of "Da Nang SMILE" to international tourism markets...
With the message "Da Nang SMILE - Danang Smile", the set of criteria is expected to create a strong change in the awareness and actions of the community, towards building Da Nang - a friendly, civilized and memorable destination, affirming its position as the leading tourist city in Vietnam and the region.
