According to the People's Committee of Chan May - Lang Co commune, from July 1 to September 16, 2025, the Commune Public Service Center received and transferred 5,373 administrative procedure (AP) files to specialized agencies. The Commune People's Committee has directed specialized units to coordinate with the center to focus on reviewing and classifying files by field for timely processing. After more than two months of implementing the 2-level local government model, land management has gradually become routine, and the settlement of APs has been carried out in accordance with the correct procedures, gradually creating convenience for people and businesses.

At the meeting, leaders of Chan May - Lang Co commune and representatives of departments and branches discussed and resolved a number of difficulties and obstacles in the process of handling administrative procedures related to land, construction, licensing, etc. At the same time, the units proposed solutions to synchronously deploy tasks and improve the efficiency of serving the people.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee, Nguyen Thanh Binh, acknowledged the initial results of the Public Service Center of Chan May - Lang Co commune. At the same time, he requested the Commune People's Committee to promptly issue a specific implementation plan and roadmap; focus on thoroughly handling the backlog of records, especially records related to land. Specialized departments and offices need to make a detailed list of each record, estimate the completion time and clearly state the content of the problem to facilitate monitoring, evaluation and development of appropriate handling plans.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee, Nguyen Thanh Binh, proposed to strengthen the support and guidance for people, promote the role of the community digital technology team in providing direct assistance at the One-Stop-Shop. At the same time, assign specialized agencies to coordinate with the Post Office to inspect and evaluate the service quality of postal staff when supporting people to register and use online public services; arrange appropriate personnel at public service delivery points.

At the same time, it is necessary to develop a periodic training and development plan to improve the professional qualifications, service skills and ability to apply information technology for this team, meeting the requirements of administrative reform in the new period.
