Within the framework of the Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024 with the theme "Nha Trang Pearl Bay Shines Brightly", on the afternoon of June 14, at 2/4 Square, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Beverage Joint Stock Company organized the Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Culinary Festival 2024 with the largest scale in recent festival seasons. Participating were many famous artists such as MC Quyen Linh, Hien Thuc, Da LAB, Juky San, Hua Kim Tuyen... and famous super chefs such as Chiem Thanh Long, Do Quang Long, artisan Bui Thi Suong.
At the festival, a contest on the culinary quintessence of Khanh Hoa bird's nest took place with 22 teams from all over the country. The organizing committee provided each team with a budget of 1,500,000 VND and 20 grams of refined bird's nest from Khanh Hoa natural bird's nest island.

Within 90 minutes, each team of 3 members will prepare 2 dishes including 1 savory dish and 1 sweet dish for 4 people with the main ingredients being Khanh Hoa Sanvinest bird's nest and rich products typical of Khanh Hoa such as lobster, crab, sea cucumber, shark fin, seaweed...
According to our records, the teams created new, creative, attractive and nutritious dishes such as dragon blood bird's nest porridge; tropical bird's nest with Khanh Hoa mango sauce; golden snow bird's nest sweet soup; ginseng chicken rolls with bird's nest and cordyceps; crab claws with bird's nest and fatty pink sauce; love of the sea and islands; Nha Trang pearl bay and bird's nest jelly - summer flavor...
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 Special Prize, 2 First Prizes, 3 Second Prizes, 4 Third Prizes, 5 Encouragement Prizes and 6 Effort Prizes to the participating teams, with a total value of up to nearly 300 million VND.

On this occasion, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Beverage Joint Stock Company presented 5 solidarity houses, 10 smart TVs to schools and 60 scholarships to students who have overcome difficulties to study well to join hands with the locality to nurture the future generation.
