Regarding the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits through personal accounts and regional social insurance accounts, it is necessary to strictly implement the establishment, control and approval of electronic payment orders before the 1st of the payment month to ensure payment time according to the issued schedule:

Coordinate with banking systems to review, compare and authenticate beneficiary information between the Vietnam Social Security database and beneficiary information in banking systems to ensure that the payment of social insurance pension benefits is accurate, complete, timely and uninterrupted.

Regarding the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits in cash, the regional social insurance agencies need to coordinate with the provincial and municipal post offices in charge of the area to organize payments according to the monthly pension and social insurance benefit payment schedule agreed upon between the regional social insurance agencies and the provincial post office.

Sign the appendix to adjust legal information in the Authorization Contract for payment of social insurance regimes, unemployment benefits and management of beneficiaries of monthly social insurance regimes for the Provincial Post Office according to the area of responsibility.

Social insurance agencies in all regions update and adjust beneficiary information according to citizen identification cards (CCCD). Deploy review and complete updating of beneficiary information according to CCCD for cases where pensioners and monthly social insurance beneficiaries have not updated their CCCD, beneficiary information does not match the information according to CCCD, and personal information sets between social insurance industry databases are not consistent according to the instructions of Vietnam Social Insurance in Decision No. 686/QD-BHXH dated May 29, 2024, Official Dispatch No. 2430/BHXH-CSXH dated July 19, 2024, Official Dispatch No. 1182/BHXH-CSXH dated June 17, 2025; to be completed in July 2025.

Vietnam Social Security also requested Vietnam Post Corporation to direct its affiliated units to coordinate with the Social Security agency to fully prepare the conditions before the pension and social insurance allowance payment schedule takes place (funding sources, equipment, means, location, human resources, etc.). Notify beneficiaries about the pension and social insurance allowance payment schedule; organize full and timely payment to beneficiaries and coordinate with the Social Security agency to communicate about the payment period in July 2025, etc.
