Mass art festival of new rural communes in Phan Thiet city

On December 17, at the Center for Culture, Sports and Tourism (CST) of Phan Thiet city, the People's Committee of Phan Thiet city organized the second mass art festival of new rural communes (NTM) in 2023 with the theme "Building new rural areas associated with developing agricultural , rural and green tourism; preserving and promoting traditional cultural values".

This year's art festival attracted more than 120 non-professional actors from 4 teams from communes of Phan Thiet city, including: Thien Nghiep, Phong Nam, Tien Loi, Tien Thanh. Each team went through 2 rounds: The skit (or drama); the art performance, including 2 performances: singing, dancing, or singing and dancing. The content praised the Party, beloved Uncle Ho and the renovation of the homeland, the patriotic tradition, expressing the determination to protect the sovereignty of the sacred borders and islands of the Fatherland; introduced the unique folk art activities associated with the people's lives in labor production, achievements in building new rural areas; promoted and introduced rural tourism models, agricultural tourism products in the direction of developing green tourism in the locality; commended the example of "good people, good deeds" in the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" ...

Performances at the festival

The mass art festival of new rural communes is one of a series of activities organized by Phan Thiet City in response to the National Tourism Year 2023 " Binh Thuan - Green Convergence". At the same time, it creates favorable conditions for communes building new rural areas to exchange, share and learn experiences; affirm the position and role of mass art in the spiritual life of farmers, contributing to the construction and development of an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity.
