Polytechnic University pays income including basic salary according to state regulations adjusted by seniority + income according to job position. Average income for PhD < 3 years is 35 million/month; > 3 years is 45 million; professors and associate professors > 3 years is 85 million/month. Foreigners receive income 3 times higher than Vietnamese people.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities pays salaries according to state regulations adjusted by seniority + salary for job position of 15 million/month.
