| Leaders and representatives of faculties and departments of Tan Trao University congratulated the new Dr. Hua Duc Hoi, Lecturer of the Faculty of Politics and Educational Psychology. |
On September 17, at Hanoi National University of Education, PhD student Hua Duc Hoi, Lecturer of the Faculty of Politics and Educational Psychology, Tan Trao University, successfully defended his PhD thesis in Philosophy with the topic: "Philosophical aspects in ancestor worship of the Tay people (through a survey in the Northeast region of Vietnam)". Previously, on September 9, at Hanoi University of Culture, PhD student Nguyen Thi Linh Thao, lecturer of the Faculty of Culture and Tourism, successfully defended her PhD thesis in Cultural Studies with the topic: "Livelihood transformation of the San Diu people in Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province". Thus, in September 2025 alone, Tan Trao University was honored to have 2 PhD students successfully defend their PhD theses, bringing the total number of staff and lecturers of the school with a PhD degree to 44 people and 1 person was recognized as Associate Professor in Information Technology.
The fact that Tan Trao University has a team of staff and lecturers with increasingly high qualifications, capacity and academic prestige is an important condition to improve the quality of training, meeting the development requirements of the school in the new period. At the same time, it affirms the strong commitment of the school in training quality human resources, contributing to the development of education and training, serving the development of Tuyen Quang province, in the region and in the whole country.
