On the evening of May 11, at Kim Lien Commune Stadium, Nam Dan District, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee solemnly held the opening ceremony of the 2024 Lotus Village Festival. The Sen Village Festival is a political and cultural activity of great significance in the spiritual life of the people of the whole country in general and Nghe An province in particular. The festival aims to express gratitude and respect to President Ho Chi Minh. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Sen Village Festival 2024, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province Nguyen Duc Trung emphasized that every Nghe An citizen is always honored and proud of the historical, cultural, patriotic and revolutionary traditions of their homeland. They are even more proud that this land has given birth to a great man: President Ho Chi Minh - Hero of national liberation, world cultural celebrity, beloved leader of the Vietnamese people, messenger of peace, solidarity, friendship, cooperation and development among peoples in the world. Through the activities at the Festival to promote the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh. Continue to promote the study and follow of Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style. This is also an opportunity to introduce to the whole country and international friends about the culture of Sen Village, about the land and people of Nghe An, dynamic and friendly. From May 16 to 18, the 2024 Nghe An Province Lotus Village Singing Festival will take place in Vinh City and Nam Dan District. On the evening of May 18, the street performance "Lotus Season Homeland" will take place on Vinh City's walking street... On the evening of May 19, at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh City, the art program "From Lotus Village to Ho Chi Minh City" will take place. This year's Sen Village Festival has many new features, including an art program, a cavalry mobile police performance, and brass band music at the opening ceremony. This is a meaningful program, the first time the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with Nghe An province to organize in Uncle Ho's homeland.
