According to the Daily Mail , rapper Kanye West is scheduled to perform two concerts at the Tokyo Dome next May, but after his wife went naked on the red carpet at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on the evening of February 2, the sponsors of these concerts are reconsidering.
Kanye West and his wife initially attended the 2025 Grammy Awards in modest black outfits.
"Investors in Japan who sponsor concerts are extremely angry about this. It is very likely that they will withdraw their sponsorship for the shows," a local source told the Daily Mail on February 3, calling the "farce that has caused horror in Japan, so creepy that it is unbelievable".
The source explained that the land of the rising sun is experiencing "a cultural and feminist awakening", noting that "what he did was seen as coercive control, which is completely unacceptable".

A representative for Kanye West did not respond to Page Six 's request for comment.
At the 2025 Grammy Awards, the 47-year-old rapper-turned- fashion designer wore his signature all-black outfit with sunglasses and a diamond necklace, while his wife – Censori (from employee to muse to wife) – wore a floor-length black fur coat.

A lip reader told the Daily Mail that West encouraged Censori to "make a fuss". "Put it behind your back and turn around," he commanded before she stripped.
Censori then turns around and exposes her entire body as she is not wearing any underwear.
Page Six reports that the pair are attempting to recreate West's Vultures 1 album cover, which features a woman wearing only boots and a piece of cloth covering her buttocks.
After their shocking performance on the Grammys red carpet, the pair were escorted off the event by police. But that didn't stop the duo from sparking a scandal over their outfits, as Censori later showed up at a Grammys party in see-through black thong underwear.
Kanye West married Censori in December 2022, just one month after completing his divorce from Kim Kardashian - with whom he has four children.
