MC Thao Van calls for relief for people in Lang Son who are severely flooded

MC Thao Van and singer Thai Thuy Linh continuously update the situation of supporting people in Lang Son, which is heavily flooded.

On her personal page, MC Thao Van shared information about the severe flooding in Lang Son. She said that this morning, a truck carrying dry food, spare batteries, and medicine from singer Thai Thuy Linh's troupe will go to help the people.

Previously, MC Thao Van also continuously posted rescue information and support for people in Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen who were in a state of flooding, power outage, and inability to communicate.

Singer Thai Thuy Linh urgently searched for a supplier of power banks, flashlights, and medicine yesterday to promptly rescue people in flooded areas.

She opened a website to publicly disclose statements and transparent sources of funds to receive support from the audience.

Over the past two days, Lang Son authorities have evacuated hundreds of households in Lang Son city and the districts of Chi Lang and Van Lang to safe shelters. However, people are still facing many difficulties due to power outages, signal outages, lack of food and boats for transportation.

Over the past two days, many Vietnamese stars have expressed their condolences and shared the difficulties with people in flood-affected areas.

Singer Tung Duong and many friends donated 500 million VND to help support efforts to overcome the consequences of typhoon Yagi ; Miss Thuy Tien donated 50 million VND, Phi Phuong Anh also sent 50 million VND to share the burden for the people.

Singers Quoc Thien and Uyen Linh contributed 150 million VND, supermodel Thanh Hang donated 100 million VND through the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Singer Duc Phuc donated 100 million VND with the message: "Seeing the images of the damage caused by the storm is truly heartbreaking, I just hope everyone is safe and soon overcomes this difficult time."

Many Vietnamese artists such as Toc Tien, Quoc Thien, Viet Huong, Ly Hai - Minh Ha couple, Puka - Gin Tuan Kiet, Minh Tu... supported and called on everyone to join hands to help people in disaster areas.

Singer Ho Ngoc Ha also announced that she will dedicate all proceeds from her upcoming song to help overcome the effects of storms and floods in the North.
