A suburban district of Hanoi collected nearly 600 billion VND from land use rights auction.

In the first 9 months of 2024, the Gia Lam District Construction Investment Project Management Board ( Hanoi City) organized an auction of land use rights for 2 projects, earning more than 572 billion VND.

The Gia Lam District Construction Investment Project Management Board (Hanoi City) said that in the first 9 months of 2024, thanks to focusing on accelerating the progress of land use rights auctions, this locality successfully organized two auction projects to collect budget revenue of more than 572 billion VND.

Gia Lam District, Hanoi City collected nearly 600 billion VND from land use rights auctions in the first 9 months of 2024.

The representative of the Gia Lam District Construction Investment Project Management Board also said that in 2024, this unit was assigned to implement 484 projects. Of which, 8 projects are funded by Hanoi City, 12 are targeted projects, and 464 are funded by the district budget with a planned capital of more than 1,500 billion VND.

Also in the first 9 months of 2024, Gia Lam District Construction Investment Project Management Board completed investment preparation and construction of 3 projects on the occasion of celebrating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Liberation; 1 project completed and installed a signboard.

This unit also completed 3 projects to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, which are the construction project of Duong Xa High School; Da Ton Primary School, Campus 2, Da Ton Commune (Dai Hung Primary School); Da Ton Kindergarten in Ngoc Dong Village, Da Ton Commune (Sao Khue Kindergarten).

In 2024, Gia Lam District Construction Investment Project Management Board will continue to implement projects in communes in the area, thereby synchronizing technical infrastructure, especially completing the traffic network.

In addition, the Gia Lam District Construction Investment Project Management Board is focusing on surveying, evaluating, proposing investments and offering many solutions to achieve the criteria of advanced new rural areas and model rural areas. Especially the criteria of schools ensuring uniformity, modernity, and meeting standards at all levels.
