A woman in Ho Chi Minh City won 14 lottery tickets while on a business trip to the West.

While on a business trip to Dong Thap province, a woman in Ho Chi Minh City bought lottery tickets from a street vendor and was lucky enough to win the jackpot of 14 tickets.

Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online on the evening of August 18, Mr. Luu Quoc Duy - owner of Duy lottery agency in Tra Vinh ward, Vinh Long province - confirmed that his agency had just exchanged 14 lottery tickets that won the special prize for a woman in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Mr. Duy, the winning number is 081142 of Tra Vinh Lottery One Member Co., Ltd. drawn on August 15.

The woman shared that she was on a business trip in Dong Thap and bought many lottery tickets from a street vendor, but unexpectedly won the jackpot with all 14 tickets.

Because Mr. Duy's agent exchanged winning tickets without commission, this person called him to come from Vinh Long to Ho Chi Minh City to exchange the prize.

After deducting 10% tax, with the 14 winning tickets above, Mr. Duy's agent transferred 25.2 billion VND to the winner.
