Five famous check-in spots in Binh Thuan

Visitors can visit Ong Hoang tower, the ancient Cham tower Po Sah Inu or immerse themselves in the life of the people of Mui Ne fishing village.

The Emperor's Tower

The Royal Palace is located on a hill in Phu Hai ward, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province. Visitors to the center of Phan Thiet city, go straight to Nguyen Thong street, go to the end of the slope named Royal Palace, visitors will see the sign "Poshanu Tower Relics". The Royal Palace is located inside this tower complex, surrounded by the sea, rivers, mountains, hills, and large pagodas and towers.

Since 1911, this was the resort of the French Duke - De Montpensier. This was the most beautiful, comfortable and modern villa in Vietnam at that time. Under the villa was a large rainwater tank, enough for 1 year, with a generator at night. The name Lau Ong Hoang was given by the locals, referring to the class and luxury of the building and the French Duke.

Several decades later, when the poet Han Mac Tu came here, he left behind some verses. This was also the meeting place of the late poet and Mong Cam. Visitors coming here can enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Po Sah Inư Tower, Hai Street

The Pho Hai Cham tower group is 5-15 m high, located in a 9 ha area on Ba Nai hill, adjacent to the ruins of Lau Ong Hoang, 7 km from the center of Phan Thiet city. The tower was built in the early 9th century in the Hoa Lai style, bearing the mark of the prosperous period of the Champa kingdom. This is the place to worship the god Siva. In the 14th century, the Cham people built many more temples around the main tower to worship Po Sah Inu - according to legend, she was the daughter of King Parachanh and the sister of King Po Kathit.

In 1991, this group of temples and towers was ranked as a National Monument by the Ministry of Culture and Information.

Ke Ga Lighthouse

This is the oldest and tallest lighthouse in Indochina, built by the French in 1897, located on Ke Ga Cape, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province. This location is about 40 km from Phan Thiet City, a favorite check-in spot for tourists when coming to Binh Thuan. To get to the lighthouse, visitors must take a canoe to the island, about 500 meters from the mainland. Round-trip fares range from 30,000 to 50,000 VND per person.

Ke Ga Lighthouse is 35 meters high, made from materials brought by the French. The row of frangipani trees along the entrance was also planted by them in the late 20th century. Next to the lighthouse is a path leading down to a large, strangely shaped rock beach, called "rock garden" by the locals.

Visitors can come here early in the morning to watch the sunrise or when the sun is high, the sea surface becomes clear blue.

Cu Lao Cau

Cu Lao Cau, also known as Hon Cau, is a small island in Tuy Phong district (Binh Thuan). This island is about 110 km from Phan Thiet city and about 240 km from Ho Chi Minh city. From the mainland to the island, you need to take a boat or a large ship or canoe, which takes about 40 to 50 minutes.

Tourists can go for the day or stay overnight by themselves or buy a tour. The island is uninhabited, has no services, and visitors even have to bring fresh water from the mainland. Coming here, tourists can check-in at Tien beach, Tien well, Ba Hon cave, Love cave, Ca Suot beach, Nam Hai god temple...

Mui Ne fishing village

Not only are there luxury resorts, but there is also a fishing village with a typical South Central Coast character. Mui Ne fishing village is about 3 km from the town. Right at the entrance to the fishing village are hundreds of colorful fishing boats moored. Not far away is a small market with a peaceful pace of life.

The fishing village only stretches about 100 meters along the coast, but this is where visitors can most clearly feel the life of fishermen. If you come to the fishing village early in the morning, visitors can buy many fresh seafood when the boats just dock.
