On October 5-6, Thai Binh College of Culture and Arts organized a training course to improve the effectiveness of cultural and information work in new rural construction in Kien Xuong district.

Leaders of the College of Culture and Arts delivered opening speeches at the training course.

More than 230 trainees who are cultural officials of communes, towns, village front work committees, and residential groups were taught by lecturers from Thai Binh College of Culture and Arts on the topic of building a model for organizing rural ecotourism ; introducing some new trends and applying computer graphics to design slogans, decorate festivals, and promote propaganda to serve local cultural activities.

Through the training course, it contributes to raising awareness and responsibility of trainees in grassroots cultural management and preserving and promoting local cultural values.

According to the plan, Thai Binh College of Culture and Arts will continue to organize professional training courses in other localities in the province.
